  • Analyze internal processes of the company and take steps to optimize and increase efficiency;
  • Calculate the workloads of structural units and employees, determine the standards of work, improves them;
  • Prepare business process cards, coordinate them with the relevant employee and its manager and after approval by the Chief Administrative Officer, organize trainings for employees, conduct observations and chronometry, conducts surveys;
  • Manage the assigned projects;
  • Prepare internal procedures and guidelines, as well as all other normative documents (with the exception of decrees and orders of the Chief Executive Officer), coordinate their preparation and improvement;
  • Set chronometry for implementing internal instructions;
  • Provide advice to personnel on the application of instructions and issues arising during the implementation of the project;
  • Update modules related to intranet guides;
  • Advise the Chief Administrative Officer to resolve problems arising in the coordination of the activities of the Company and its subsidiaries;
  • Prepare and update workloads and standards for each structural unit.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field;
  • Knowledge in the field of process management;
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills;
  • Creative skills;
  • Verbal and written communication skills at a high level;
  • Ability to manage change and readiness for change;
  • Good working skills in MS Office applications (MS Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others).
