  • Prepare and Monitor daily work schedules;
  • Submit relevant reports to the Management;
  • Ensure cleanness of restaurants, and staff’s compliance with hygiene and safety standards; 
  • Respond to customer complaints efficiently, and take relevant measures to solve the problem;
  • Monitor food quality and food presentation;
  • Manage cash operations;
  • Transfer product orders to Supply Department and monitor in-time supply. 
  • 1-3 years’ work experience in Restaurant sector;
  • Higher Education;
  • Responsibility and accuracy;
  • High organizational skills;
  • Language skillsAzerbaijani – native, English – good, Russian – good
  • Create and apply effective accounting systems and rules.
