  • Assist in installing, modifying, and repairing computer hardware and software;
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems;
  • Help IT Team to resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems;
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved;
  • Help users with common IT issues like installing OS, provide network connectivity, answer;
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions;
  • Assist in responding to email messages for customers seeking help.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies;
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills;
  • Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player;
  • Ability to multi-task and support multiple priorities;
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment;
  • Energetic, organized and detailed skilled with today’s technology;
  • Candidates with work experience up to 1 year also can apply.
