  • Assisting in preparation of HR related documents;
  • Assisting in Pre-Employment Processes;
  • Sort incoming resumes and logs them into appropriate tracking spreadsheets;
  • Work proactively with other team members;
  • Work hours: 5 days per week, from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m.
  • Bachelor degree;
  • Fluency in Azeri and English, intermediate knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
  • Proficient user of MS office programs;
  • Good oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to learn quickly
