Marketing Assistant
from 1 to 3 years

  • Assist in negotiation with agencies and suppliers; 
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of marketing activities;
  • Assist on providing marketing researches; 
  • Develop advertising campaigns, including TV ads, commercials, ads for radio, pay-per-click, banner, and other Internet ads;
  • Advertising, public relations, and related services;
  • Assist on conducting advertising campaigns, preparation and placement of advertisements on social networks;
  • Assist organizing and conducting contests, surveys, shares in groups and communities;
  • Assist monitoring the company reviews the answers to users' questions;
  • Available to work on non-working time on organization and support of marketing events;
  • Receive and distribute of promo products, compile and distribute financial and statistical   information such as budget spreadsheets;
  • Analyze questionnaires;
  • Write reports, company brochures and similar documents;
  • Organize events, presentations and customer visits;
  • Assist in promotional activities;
  • Visit customers/external agencies;
  • Carry out instructions of the management;
  • Help to organize market research;
  • Handle promotion products.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Economics;
  • Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in FMCG field;
  • Fluency in the English, Russian and Azerbaijani languages (oral and written);
  • Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, etc.);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Punctual, creative, detail-oriented and have the ability to work under pressure;
  • The ability to work both independently and with a team;
  • Strong time management.
