  • Providing full support to the top management in operational matters;
  • Responsible for daily communications including maintenance of calendar and appointments for the management;
  • Ensuring accurate maintenance of all current files for all agreements and contract documents;
  • Assisting management in planning and implementing projects towards achieving goals and missions of the company; 
  • Arranging and scheduling meetings and conferences, take minutes of the meeting;
  • Coordination of travel arrangements and visas, maintenance of travel schedules;
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
  • Receive, sort, and route mail; maintain and route publications;
  • Attending events/meetings as management representative;
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, presentations and etc. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or any related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction company with hands-on management assistance experience
  • Fluent Azeri, English and Russian
  • Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and initiative
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills and ability to multi-task with close attention to details
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships
